In order to guarantee the above order, please indicate your guarantee preference on the attached page and fax or email it back to us. Should we receive no response from you within 7 days of your orders. We reserve the right to cancel your orders.

Should this order be cancelled less than 7 days from the date of delivery, a cancellation fee of the rate for the full order will be charged against you in relation to your guarantee method above and attached. If your order was guaranteed by a charge to your credit card at the time of the order, these monies are payable to The Listening Room and any dispute thereof may be looked into in accordance with the appropriate refund policies. Refunds payable are at the sole discretion of The Listening Room. All returns/ refunds will be looked into and the cardholder to make contact with The Listening Room.
